Information entered in the enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, company, selected service, message, and consent are saved in the website’s SQLite database on the server. The database is kept at the configured server path and enquiries are not automatically deleted; the organization must apply its retention and deletion practices.
If an SMTP server has been configured, the enquiry is emailed to the organization’s configured inbox and a confirmation is sent to the address supplied. The configured SMTP server processes those emails. If SMTP is not configured or sending fails, the enquiry is still saved and the form tells you that email delivery did not complete.
Website delivery
The website loads its font from Google Fonts and serves images through its hosting infrastructure. These providers receive the technical information necessary to deliver those resources, including standard network request information.
Contact and retention
The organization should publish its approved contact details and retention period before launch. Enquiry records remain in the database until they are removed by the organization.
